Patient Care Coordinator
We are seeking a freelancer or independent contractors with driven and compassionate to join our growing team! You will be a Patient Care Coordinator and you will be responsible for assisting patients with coordinating appointments, taking inbound scheduling calls, verifying insurance benefits, and much more.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, a high degree of professionalism and communication skills, and be a 4-year college graduate with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Job Description:
- Assist patients with coordinating appointment availability
- Take inbound scheduling calls from patients, doctors, and third-party companies
- Consolidate, and schedule appointments to fill any gaps
- Verify benefits for insurance, and explain in detail to patients
- Obtain authorizations from attorneys, worker’s compensation, and major medical insurance companies
- Distribute medical records to requesting parties
- Obtain patient information, and create charts
- Distribute and log incoming faxes
- Communicate with the MRI safety officer regarding scans, protocol for scans, and device safety
- Assist the marketing department with issues and scheduling request
System Requirements:
- Laptop with a processor should be at least i5
- RAM is at least 8GB
- At least 128 GB SSD
- Windows 10 Pro OS or Windows 11 Pro OS
- Stable Internet Connection (at least 10 Mbps or higher)

E-Commerce Specialist
We are in search of a highly motivated E-Commerce Specialist (Freelancer/Independent Contractor) to play a pivotal role in developing a website dedicated to providing valuable resources, products, and expert guidance to individuals seeking a wide range of sleep products and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Overseeing the overall website operation to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive sleep-focused e-commerce platform.
• Enhancing product listings and content by providing comprehensive descriptions, visuals, and specifications.
• Oversee inventory management, pricing, and customer order processing.
• Communicating with vendors and distributors.
• Analyze sales data along with customer feedback
• Handling various ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, and related fields.

Web Developer
Are you passionate about web development and eager to contribute your skills to impactful projects? Join our team as a Web Developer (Freelancer/Independent Contractor) and preferably with E-commerce experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and maintain websites using scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.
- Oversee and execute website updates.
- Collaborate with management or development teams to prioritize project needs.
- Implement data backup protocols for quick recovery in case of issues.
- Analyze user requirements to define technical specifications.
- Work closely with management or users to formulate and integrate e-commerce strategies into websites.
- Manage development projects, encompassing integrations, customizations, and core product changes.
- Utilize various languages and frameworks depending on the project requirements.
- Review code for validity, proper structure, compliance with industry standards, and compatibility with various browsers, devices, or operating systems.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in web software development.
- Familiar with hosting sites
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify and other CMS platforms.
- Knowledgeable with plug-ins and integrations.
- Preferably someone who knows website markup languages (Javascript, PHP, CSS, HTML)
- With experience in Photoshop, Canva, Figma is a plus (for website design)
- Strong knowledge to Scrum Methodology.
- Preferably, can work CST hours
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- SEO skills and content creation
