Lesley is a dynamic professional with diverse experience in healthcare, corporate account management, and business process outsourcing. She is a licensed nurse and a proud Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate from Manila Doctors College, one of the country’s best colleges and a center for academic distinction since 1975.
Lesley began her career as an Emergency Room Staff Nurse at a tertiary hospital where she honed her skills in patient care, emergency response, and critical thinking. She simultaneously worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for a BPO firm to further develop her skills.
However, her curiosity and strong drive for success led her to venture into the business world where she became a Corporate Account Executive under the Global Corporate & OTA Sales of Philippine Airlines. In this role, Lesley was responsible for handling global, local, and government accounts and excelled in providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of various industries. For her outstanding contributions, she received a Certificate of Commendation from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) - 2017 National Organizing Council (NOC).
Lesley then pivoted into the finance and business process outsourcing industry, as a Finance Controller for a well-established BPO company. This also enabled her to obtain a certification from the National Institute of Accounting Technicians in the Philippines.
Throughout her career, Lesley’s diverse experience in healthcare and finance has enabled her to provide a unique perspective to all of her endeavors. Her ability to combine her healthcare expertise with financial knowledge and business acumen is a testament to her versatility as a professional. She continues exploring new opportunities for growth and remains committed to advancing her skills to become one of the best in all her endeavors.
